By using Quor AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
User Obligations
Users are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from sharing their account details with others.
Account Registration
To access certain features of Quor AI, users must create an account. During registration, you will be asked to provide personal information, which must be accurate and up-to- date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Payment and Subscription
Payments are processed through Stripe, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Founder Plan: No refunds are available unless the business closes its doors before the end of the one-year commitment.
- Basic Plan: Can be canceled at any time, and billing will stop immediately. For the Basic yearly plan, a refund can be issued for any months of service that cannot be claimed due to the business closing down before the year subscription runs out.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Quor AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Quor AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the app for personal and business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Quor AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to Quor AI or its users.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Changes to Terms
Quor AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes via email or through our application. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
